Shipping policy

Updated on June 25, 2025

United States:

Shipping within the United States is based on carrier rates from USPS or UPS. This cost will be calculated at checkout. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $50 (after all discounts).

International:

Shipping Internationally is based on carrier rates from USPS, UPS or DHL. This cost will be calculated at checkout. We offer FREE shipping on orders over $200 (after all discounts). Please be aware of your country's rules and rates regarding VAT and Custom fees. Each country carries out its own ordinance. International customers are responsible for any VAT or Custom fees required by their country.

At Jedbaby, our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We provide the very highest level of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: This includes order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. Items are shipped out directly from our office in Santa Clara, California and usually takes 1 business days for it to be processed.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our office to the final destination. U.S. domestic orders that are processed and leaving our office usually takes between 2-5 business days to arrive at their final destination. Shipping Internationally may take an additional 3-21 days. Please note that orders are not delivered on Sundays and holidays.

While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. We rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us.
