    United States: 3-4 business days estimated delivery.

    All other countries: 7-21 business days estimated delivery (dependent on the type of delivery service chosen at checkout)

    USPS is our primary method of delivery service. We follow their service alerts page, which can be found here. They frequently update on destinations where delivery service is suspended to the COVID-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions.

    Tracking numbers are sent by email after a short processing period which can be tracked here.

    Please note, we require 1-2 business days to process orders if shipped directly from us. Packages that are shipped by our supplier's warehouse may take an additional 4 business days. The product page on our website highlights if that product will be shipped from us or from our supplier's warehouse. We strive to ship all items on-time, however, in rare cases, it can take longer.

    Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Note, it can take up to 3 days for shipping activity to update.

    We offer free shipping within the U.S. on orders over $50. Over $200 for international. On rare occasions during a promotion, we offer free shipping within the U.S. with no minimums.
